Leadership Essentials Advancing Diversity is an immersive cohort academy. We focus on developing leadership skills for women in emerging leadership roles. Empowering female public service professionals is our goal. Through interactive workshops and networking opportunities, participants are supported toward reaching their fullest potential. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for women of color to grow in their professional and personal lives. We strive to build a strong and diverse community of public servants that will have a lasting impact in our society.

Story
Leadership Essentials Advancing Diversity is a leadership coaching and consulting firm founded by two experienced women in public service. We are passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential and achieve collective success. Our unique approach combines our lived experiences with practical application of fundamental leadership skills.
We understand the challenges of being in a leadership position, especially as a woman, and we want to provide the support and guidance to help you overcome them. Our mission is to advance diversity in the workplace by empowering women in leadership roles and helping them to reach their goals.
