Leadership Essentials Advancing Diversity is an immersive cohort academy. We focus on developing leadership skills for women in emerging leadership roles. Empowering female public service professionals is our goal. Through interactive workshops and networking opportunities, participants are supported toward reaching their fullest potential. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for women of color to grow in their professional and personal lives. We strive to build a strong and diverse community of public servants that will have a lasting impact in our society.
